That's the kind of outdoor access that Bill and Paula drive twenty five minutes to reach on a Saturday and act like they discovered it. And instead of whatever soulless strip mall is near them, you've got Vinings Jubilee right around the corner — restaurants, boutiques, a walkable village that exudes charm. All ITP. Like baseball? The Battery and the Braves are a short drive up the road. Cumberland, Costco, every errand your heart desires, all right there.
Oh, and the house itself? Three bedrooms, every one with its own private bath (plus a half bath for guests). A two car garage. The rooms feel bigger than the square footage suggests. It's the kind of space that makes people stop mid-tour and quietly do math in their head. End unit, extra light, breathing room the interior units don't get. Oddly enough, it's just like Bill and Paula's place. Just for over $100k less.
The mortgage here is at least $800 a month less than Bill and Paula are paying. Every month. Twelve times a year. For a house that does everything theirs does, in a location that honestly might be better.
When AI comes for all our jobs, Bill and Paula are really going to wish they'd shopped around.
